RevitaliseU does not directly store your full payment card details where those details are processed by an authorised payment provider.

Some products may be packed and dispatched directly by a third-party supplier, distributor or fulfilment provider.
Products within the same order may therefore occasionally arrive separately.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

RevitaliseU remains your point of contact for orders placed directly through RevitaliseU.shop.
Third-party manufacturers or suppliers may also offer additional product warranties or guarantees. These are separate from, and do not replace, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Products may be withdrawn, discontinued, temporarily unavailable or placed on backorder without notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options, which may include waiting for stock, choosing an appropriate alternative or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
12. Promotions, Discounts and Offers
Promotional offers, discount codes, gifts and special pricing may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- may have an expiry date
